Responsibilities
Analyze partner needs to create tailored training solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational teams to develop and update training programs.
Design, write, and storyboard interactive training content and assessments.
Integrate new learning trends into the design of effective learning tools.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth communication and close collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in training management, educational technology, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar instructional design role.
Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, ideally in claims adjusting, is an asset.
Proven project management skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of Office 365, Articulate, and Adobe.
Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
Autonomy, efficiency, and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
