About the role
- Instructional Designer creating training programs for Quebec Claims team. Collaborating with teams to design engaging training solutions supporting employee development across all levels.
Responsibilities
- Analyze partner needs to create tailored training solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational teams to develop and update training programs.
- Design, write, and storyboard interactive training content and assessments.
- Integrate new learning trends into the design of effective learning tools.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth communication and close collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in training management, educational technology, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar instructional design role.
- Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, ideally in claims adjusting, is an asset.
- Proven project management skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Office 365, Articulate, and Adobe.
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Autonomy, efficiency, and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
