About the role
- Senior Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams and collaborating with Release Train Engineer at Acuity Inc. Improving team flow and delivery predictability in a technology leader.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple Agile teams (typically 2 to 3) and act as a key partner to the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to enable PI planning.
- Facilitate team ceremonies and coach teams on applying Agile practices and improving flow.
- Prepare teams for PI planning (readiness, capacity, objectives, dependency mapping).
- Track and manage impediments, risks, and dependencies; escalate to the RTE as needed.
- Use metrics to improve predictability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead; experience supporting multiple teams.
- Experience delivering IoT solutions and practical knowledge of end-to-end embedded software systems.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills; comfortable coordinating cross-team activities.
- SAFe SSM or PSM certification is an asset; experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English to support our clients and suppliers across Canada and the United States.
