About the role
- Senior Product Manager growing Affirm’s platform partnerships and merchant payment integrations in Canada. Driving partner acceleration, product roadmaps, and merchant growth for a buy-now-pay-later company.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow Affirm's partner portfolio, making it easier for merchants to onboard and offer Affirm as a payment method
- Take product ownership of existing vertical software partnerships and grow the broader platform partner portfolio
- Build durable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy to make future integrations faster to launch and easier to scale
- Collaborate with commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering teams to define, launch, and grow partner integrations
- Build relationships with platform partners to gather product-performance feedback and drive merchant growth
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve customer, partner, and merchant experiences
- Create and manage the product roadmap for the broader 1:Many growth team
- Develop success metrics and OKRs
- Partner with commercial and product marketing teams on go-to-market strategies for new integrations and features
Requirements
- Directly managed multiple technical software products from kick-off through post-launch, with meaningful business impact
- Comfortable discussing technical details with engineers, iterating in Figma with designers, and analyzing funnels with data analysts
- Discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Bias toward action and ability to navigate obstacles and blockers
- Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into an action plan
- Direct experience shipping high-quality products on time
- Comfortable with commercial aspects of product development and externally facing partner interactions
- Bonus: experience in Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, or BNPL
