About the role

  • Designer UX/UI principal responsible for creating user-centered designs and managing design systems for digital products. Collaborating closely with product teams and developers for seamless integration.

Responsibilities

  • UI design evolution: Develop and maintain a coherent and innovative vision for the user interface; design intuitive, modern interfaces tailored to user needs; collaborate with Product, UX, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
  • Design System management and evolution: Create, develop, and update the Design System (components, styles, design standards); ensure design consistency across products and platforms; prioritize and coordinate the development of UI components with front-end developers; clearly document Design System elements and communicate updates to internal teams.
  • Innovation and continuous improvement: Monitor UI/UX trends and recommend continuous improvements; conduct regular audits to optimize the Design System; mentor, guide, and coach UI designers on best practices; organize workshops and training to promote Design System adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX, including demonstrated expertise in Design Systems;
  • Proficiency with design tools, notably Figma;
  • Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development principles;
  • Ability to develop and maintain a strategic UI vision and roadmap;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Innovative mindset and strong team orientation;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and to influence stakeholders.
  • Additional assets: Experience in telecommunications.
  • Language skills: French: Advanced, English: Intermediate
