Responsibilities
Support the phased migration of content from SharePoint (Agent Notebook) and other knowledge sources to the Right Answers platform, including formatting, identification and publishing.
Develop and maintain cheat sheets, process guides and best-practice documentation for agents, ensuring clarity, consistency and compliance with standards.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts, process owners and training teams to gather required information and translate complex procedures into user-friendly knowledge tools.
Support knowledge governance by applying taxonomy standards, version control and feedback mechanisms to ensure content is up-to-date and effective.
Requirements
Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
Experience in knowledge management, process documentation or training support.
Excellent writing and organizational skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes into user-friendly formats.
Strong technical skills and comfort with Office 365 tools and other technologies.
Ability to deliver high-quality results within established deadlines and flexibility to adjust plans when challenges arise.
Experience in change management and cross-functional collaboration.
