About the role
- Quality Inspector performing inspections of in-process and finished goods at Amcor manufacturing plant. Utilizing various measuring equipment and maintaining records of inspection results.
Responsibilities
- Performs inspections of in-process and finished goods as directed by drawings, customer requirements, and other instructions.
- Perform dimensional inspections of moulded products using measuring equipment.
- Generate and issue statistical data and charts to production.
- Keeps QA management informed on all issues.
- Maintains accurate records of all inspection results.
- Performs gauge calibration.
- Assists in maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices within the plant.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 – 3 years in a quality function
- Regular availability for continuous operation 12 hour shift schedule
