About the role

  • Early Engagement Marketing Analyst improving American Express Cardmember onboarding experiences. Managing campaigns, customer insights, performance analysis, and cross-functional launches.

Responsibilities

  • Digitize and transform welcome packages for Cardmembers
  • Work on new functionalities and experiences on the Amex App and Online portal
  • Lead end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels
  • Partner with creative agencies and internal teams
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across the Cardmember journey
  • Develop, test, and launch new customer experiences and capabilities
  • Measure campaign and channel performance
  • Uncover insights and translate findings into recommendations and next steps
  • Track performance against key KPIs
  • Understand customer and competitive trends
  • Contribute to annual strategic marketing planning
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Servicing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, external agencies, and other teams

Requirements

  • University degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Strong focus on innovation and initiative to own a project from conception through implementation and evaluation
  • Proven ability to challenge the status quo to improve existing processes, campaigns, and assets
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking, project management, attention to detail and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, influencing, and communication skills across a diverse group of partners
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • 1+ years work experience in a Marketing or Product Management function
  • Employment eligibility to work with American Express; the company will not pursue visa sponsorship
  • Successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations
