About the role

  • FCRM Testing Analyst reviewing financial crime processes and controls at TD, a leading North American bank. Identifying risks, documenting findings, and supporting regulatory testing engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of testing engagement work according to established standards and targeted timelines
  • Conduct analytical research and analysis as part of testing reviews
  • Collaborate with the FCRM Testing team throughout testing reviews
  • Support follow-up of findings from testing reviews
  • Identify matters requiring additional attention, escalation, or review
  • Manage workload to deliver quality results within assigned timelines
  • Contribute to analysis, due diligence, and implementation of initiatives
  • Review internal processes and activities for policy, regulatory, and FCRM compliance
  • Understand tested business operations and identify potential FCRM risks
  • Document research and review-specific requirements
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control through FCRM testing
  • Complete documentation for review activities
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, team development, and performance management activities

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience
  • Working professional level knowledge of the functional area and/or business areas supported
  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of testing for design and operating effectiveness of processes and controls for financial crimes risks
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends, risk and typologies of money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions
  • Ability to independently perform assigned tasks from end-to-end
  • Language Requirement (Quebec only): Sans Objet
