About the role

  • Senior Marketing Analyst developing co-brand marketing plans and campaigns for American Express. Measuring customer engagement and campaign performance to optimize financial-services marketing impact.

Responsibilities

  • Intake ICS customer objectives and develop annual co-brand marketing plans across stakeholders.
  • Bring key stakeholders along to ensure enterprise and partner objectives are met.
  • Improve customer experience through relevant, timely, and synchronized marketing and holistic treatment strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Work with creative agencies to develop marketing collateral.
  • Obtain stakeholder approval and coordinate with internal systems, internal and external teams, vendors, and partners to deploy marketing initiatives.
  • Support flawless execution of marketing plans with local and central teams.
  • Strengthen controls and marketing excellence to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Measure campaign performance against KPIs to inform future strategies.
  • Complete post-campaign performance analysis to evaluate effectiveness and optimize impact and efficiency.

Requirements

  • University degree in marketing, business and/or professional experience in these domains.
  • Experience in execution of digital marketing strategies and digital campaign management.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, including presenting to peers and selling new ideas and solutions.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with proven ability to craft initiatives, programs and campaigns that appeal to customers, merchants and internal business partners.
  • Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, influencing, and communication skills across a diverse group of partners.
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking, project management, attention to detail and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, comfortable with the rest of the Microsoft Office suite, and adaptable to using emerging AI tools.
  • Employment eligibility to work with American Express is required; the company will not pursue visa sponsorship.
