About the role

  • Senior Marketing Insights Analyst guiding attribution, forecasting, and campaign measurement for Paddle, a digital payments infrastructure company. Turning marketing data into investment recommendations and growth insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing performance narrative and deliver decision-ready insights to channel owners and marketing leadership
  • Build forecasting, scenario modelling, and benchmarking to inform quarterly and annual marketing budget planning
  • Maintain and evolve revenue attribution models and interpret multi-touch and pipeline contribution data
  • Design and run incremental tests to validate attribution findings
  • Define measurement frameworks, success metrics, targets, and test designs with channel owners before campaigns launch
  • Analyse the full buyer journey across HubSpot and Salesforce, identifying funnel trends, conversion bottlenecks, and anomalies
  • Lead campaign and program post-mortems and recommend changes to targeting, spend, or creative
  • Set requirements and acceptance criteria for the GTM data layer in Snowflake and dbt
  • Contribute to measurement of brand and upper-funnel signals such as branded search, share of voice, and awareness
  • Coach channel owners, standardise definitions, and improve self-serve reporting
  • Report to the Marketing Ops & Programs Lead and partner with the Senior Marketing Analytics Engineer

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a closely related role
  • Ideally experience in a B2B SaaS environment with ownership of a measurement or attribution strategy
  • Hands-on experience with a B2B attribution platform such as Deamdata
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation stacks such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Experience with BI tools such as Omni, Looker, or Tableau
  • Solid SQL skills, including joining, aggregating, and sanity-checking warehouse data
  • Ability to read and challenge dbt models
  • Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and experimentation
  • Ability to translate complex data into plain-language recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to audiences ranging from a CMO to a paid media specialist
