About the role
- AI-enabled Project Manager running Amplify’s cross-functional SaaS projects. Building AI agents and automations that streamline company-wide coordination.
Responsibilities
- Run several cross-functional projects simultaneously from planning through closure
- Own dependencies, the critical path, and the RAID log
- Surface risks early and push back on unrealistic timelines with workable plans
- Build AI tools, agents, and automations used across the company
- Decide whether work requires an agent, a plain automation, or a script
- Provide leadership with a clear weekly status view
- Coordinate work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Leadership
Requirements
- Able to work UK business hours, with some overlap with US business hours when needed
- 3+ years running complex, concurrent projects, including PM at a SaaS company
- Has built several AI tools, agents, or automations that other people use and can demonstrate
- Ability to explain how agents work, including information storage, scaling, and when not to use one
- Habit of checking AI output before others rely on it
- Strong RAID, dependency, and stakeholder management, including pushing back on senior stakeholders
- Clear documentation habits, including SOPs, notes, and trackers
- Knowledge of Claude Code, Lovable, or Replit is a plus
- Knowledge of Zapier, Make, or n8n and CRM/revenue-team tools is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, RACI, Critical Path, and Change Control is a plus
- Experience with Basecamp, Jira, Asana, or similar tools is a plus
