About the role
- Delivery Lead managing Foundation platform core enablement for a major life and pensions organisation. Coordinating plans, budgets, RAID, governance, risks, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the Foundation platform (Core Enablement) workstream to agreed scope, quality, and timelines
- Maintain and manage the delivery plan, including milestones, dependencies, and key delivery activities
- Track and manage budget, ensuring spend visibility and effective financial control
- Own and maintain the RAID log, identifying and escalating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate business and technical contributors across multiple teams
- Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Provide timely escalation and decision support to keep delivery on track and remove blockers
- Maintain governance artefacts and delivery documentation accurately and consistently
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or PM in a complex programme environment
- Experience working within a large life and pensions business or similarly regulated financial services environment
- Strong capability in managing plans, budgets, RAID logs, governance, and stakeholder coordination
- Excellent communication, organisation, and influencing skills
- Ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex delivery workstreams
- Confidence in driving decisions and managing cross-functional business and technical teams
