About the role

- Create campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
- Enter and edit Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads in Meta Business Manager
- Set up clients in BVS and create the necessary connections so applicants can be referred to clients
- Manage recruitment campaigns according to the established system
- Work closely with the Project Manager
- Design campaigns in Canva as holiday cover
- Write suitable copy for new campaigns
- Turn templates into appealing ads and graphics
- Follow defined processes step by step, campaign by campaign
- Regularly communicate progress in internal online meetings
Requirements
- Proven practical, in-depth experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience creating, editing, and reviewing Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads
- Careful, precise, and reliable approach to work
- Enjoyment of structured work based on templates and established processes
- Openness to and interest in new ideas, software, and tools
- Independent thinker with a tidy, structured, and practical approach to work
- Ability to prioritize tasks that arise at short notice
- Strong self-organization without rigid working hours
- Very good computer skills (Windows or Mac, MS Office)
- Regularly communicate progress in internal online meetings
- Willingness to work from a home office as a non-digital nomad
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or project management is not required
- No specific degree or certification is required
