About the role
- Product Manager shaping governance operations software for complex corporate and investment structures. Driving customer-informed roadmaps, launches, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
Responsibilities
- Talk to customers frequently and develop a deep understanding of legal, finance, and governance workflows
- Set product direction and roadmap priorities, balancing customer needs, company goals, and technical feasibility
- Partner with Engineering and Design to turn complex problems into product solutions
- Make product decisions using customer insight, market context, pricing, packaging, and segmentation inputs
- Work with Sales, Support, and Implementation to support successful product launches
- Define product requirements and user stories for engineering teams
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving governance operations
- Use AI tools to prototype ideas, accelerate discovery, and explore solutions
- Identify opportunities for AI and emerging technologies to improve customer workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS products
- Track record of owning product areas from discovery through launch and iteration
- Strong product judgment and ability to make thoughtful trade-offs in fast-moving environments
- Experience working closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products
- Comfortable leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions
- Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about emerging technologies
- Clear communication and ability to align teams around product direction and outcomes
- Previous experience in a startup/scale-up environment
- Experience in Legal-tech, Fintech, or other complex enterprise software environments (nice to have)
- Able to live and work full-time in the US and Canada
