About the role
- Project Engineering Manager at AtkinsRéalis overseeing complex infrastructure projects throughout Ontario. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Development, Market Leads, and Project Delivery teams to define project goals
- Oversee the full engineering project lifecycle
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in delivering infrastructure projects across diverse sectors
- At least 5 years in engineering management
- Strong familiarity with MTO Design Guidelines and Standards
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
- Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering solutions
- Strong understanding of environmental assessments, risk management, and safety standards
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement across public and private sector projects
