About the role

  • Resident Engineering Manager overseeing nuclear plant modifications for Darlington and Pickering programs at AtkinsRéalis. Ensuring quality and timely delivery of engineering processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Overall management and support for completion of the Darlington Retube and Feeder Replacement (RFR) program.
  • Provide support to the resident engineering delivery of Infrastructure on the Pickering Retube Feeder and Boiler Replacement (RFBR) program.
  • Completion of the RFR Design EC closeout process including assurance of quality and timely delivery of closeout packages, drawings, etc.
  • Transfer of the Retube Waste Processing Building to OPG and resolution of all remaining deliverables.
  • Support for delivery of change papers as needed to support the timely erection of the RFRISA building.

Requirements

  • Be a Professional Engineer within the province of Ontario (P.Eng Qualified).
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of nuclear industry experience.
  • Have nuclear refurbishment experience.
  • Experience with OPG Engineering Change Control Process (MP90).
  • Experience with CSA N285 and ASME Section III NB, NC, ND and NF codes.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written/verbal).
