About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own execution across key marketing channels
  • Build a repeatable content + distribution engine
  • Drive demand for Cohort 1 and beyond
  • Execute daily marketing to drive applications and enrollment
  • Create and publish social content with consistent cadence
  • Develop lightweight creative assets and promotional materials
  • Test messaging and iterate based on performance
  • Support campaign planning and rapid execution cycles
  • Track basic performance metrics and optimize output
  • Collaborate with founder and team on positioning

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on marketing execution experience
  • Strong writing and messaging skills across audiences
  • Daily use of AI tools for content and workflows
  • Ability to move quickly and prioritize high-impact work
  • Comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Clear communication and ownership mindset
  • Understanding of growth, funnels, and conversion basics
  • Bonus Points: Experience marketing education, cohorts, or communities
  • Strong social/content instincts (hooks, formats, distribution)
  • Familiarity with PPC/SEO or working alongside specialists
  • Portfolio of shipped campaigns or content
