Responsibilities
- Source new creator partnerships
- Prospect and pitch new influencer partnerships
- Manage ongoing outreach via DM and email
- Negotiate deal terms aligned with performance goals
- Track deal progress and campaign performance
- Build long-term relationships with creators and talent managers
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly booking targets
- Own the outreach pipeline and contribute directly to revenue growth
- Help bring high-performing campaigns to life
Requirements
- Sales experience and proven ability to exceed quota is required
- Consumer goods experience is preferred
- IM experience is a great bonus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence discussing budgets and deliverables
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deals at once
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
