About the role

  • Influencer strategy intern supporting creator talent services at Dulcedo, Canada’s multidisciplinary talent management agency. Developing social strategies, researching trends, and helping grow represented talent across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of new, first-in-kind talent services and offerings
  • Organize day-to-day activities for hero talents
  • Conduct market research on emerging trends, platforms, and competitor offerings
  • Build frameworks, decks, and internal documentation for new initiatives
  • Identify and map potential brand, platform, and industry partners
  • Support outreach, relationship-building, and meeting booking for the Talent Development team
  • Support data collection and analysis for the Annual Satisfaction Survey
  • Develop platform-specific growth strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Support content audits, 90-day roadmaps, and performance tracking
  • Ideate content series, formats, and creative directions for talent
  • Contribute to content calendars and rollout strategies
  • Monitor trends, sounds, and cultural moments for real-time content opportunities
  • Prepare strategy presentations and talent-facing materials
  • Prepare workshops, slide decks, research, and speaker notes

Requirements

  • Comfortable in talent-facing and client-facing situations
  • Extroverted and a confident communicator
  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts
  • Able to juggle multiple talents and priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, especially with deck formatting and consistency across deliverables
  • Proactive and self-directed
  • Passionate about the creator economy
  • Initiative, curiosity, and genuine drive to make things happen
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
  • Able to thrive on new challenges and remain calm under pressure
  • Self-starter who is passionate, gritty, and goal-oriented

  • Full-time availability for 30–40 hours per week
  • Able to commit to a 16-week internship
