About the role
- Influencer talent agent representing creators for Clicks Talent, an influencer marketing agency. Securing brand partnerships, negotiating contracts, and growing talent revenue remotely.
Responsibilities
- Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers
- Help influencers grow audiences and monetize content
- Secure and negotiate deals with brands, agencies, and record labels
- Create successful campaigns for the talent roster
- Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands
- Develop targeted strategies with internal teams to expand reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth
- Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment
- Use in-house influencer management software to cultivate relationships, negotiate contracts, and grow influencer careers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously
- Ability to close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships
- Highly organized with data management skills
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Bonus: past experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or sales-driven roles
