About the role

  • Project Manager leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations for BDO Digital. Managing governance, budgets, risks, resources, and client ERP delivery across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management leadership for full implementation, upgrade, or major enhancement projects
  • Apply BDO project governance framework and maintain, publish, and store governance documentation according to BDO Quality Audit standards
  • Ensure project teams follow BDO Implementation Methodology and produce deliverables to standards and schedule
  • Review key deliverables to ensure scope and budget remain aligned with contractual terms and project scope
  • Provide input to the BDO PMO to refine project governance, implementation methodology, contracts, and templates
  • Mentor colleagues and provide guidance and support
  • Act as a client advocate throughout engagements
  • Participate in training client staff to perform day-to-day activities supporting ERP implementations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Strong experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations / AX and/or D365 CE/CRM projects
  • Comprehensive project management experience managing budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes, and quality
  • Experience with DevOps and MS Project
  • Coaching and/or mentoring experience
  • Exceptional presentation skills for internal/external purposes
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively orally and in writing with clients and colleagues
