About the role
- Scrum Master guiding agile teams towards autonomy and collaboration in a technology-driven environment. Fostering continuous improvement and effective interaction with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Guide the team in understanding and applying the principles of self-organization.
- Continuously explain and confirm that each team member understands Agile principles and practices.
- Support and guide the team in shaping and adjusting its working processes according to its context and constraints.
- Facilitate team workshops, identify issues, and help remove obstacles to foster collaboration and team productivity.
- Provide support to the Product Owner (PO).
- Improve tracking of high-visibility initiatives and projects by implementing relevant metrics and appropriate communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or an equivalent university degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology, including at least three (3) years in a team leadership role as a Scrum Master.
- Proficiency with Agile delivery methods, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Advanced proficiency in French (spoken and written) and functional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
