Responsibilities
Guide the team in understanding and applying the principles of self-organization.
Continuously explain and confirm that each team member understands Agile principles and practices.
Support and guide the team in shaping and adjusting its working processes according to its context and constraints.
Facilitate team workshops, identify issues, and help remove obstacles to foster collaboration and team productivity.
Provide support to the Product Owner (PO).
Improve tracking of high-visibility initiatives and projects by implementing relevant metrics and appropriate communications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or an equivalent university degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology, including at least three (3) years in a team leadership role as a Scrum Master.
Proficiency with Agile delivery methods, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Advanced proficiency in French (spoken and written) and functional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
