About the role

  • Scrum Master facilitating agile practices within teams at Beneva, improving team productivity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously explain and validate each team member’s understanding of their role and their progress in mastering Agile principles and practices;
  • Support and guide the team in shaping and adjusting its work processes according to their context and constraints;
  • Organize and facilitate team workshops as needed, identify issues, and help remove impediments to promote team collaboration and productivity;
  • Provide support to the Product Owner (PO) and the Architecture Advisor in their respective roles.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Hold a certification or have completed equivalent Agile training (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP).
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and functional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
