- Manage the entire employee lifecycle for Backend and Frontend teams
- Drive the pipeline from JD to onboarding
- Own the shipping cadence using DORA metrics and agile principles
- Embed tools like Claude Code, Cursor and LLMs into the SDLC
- Manage stakeholder timelines and partnerships with technical leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years total experience
- 3+ years in leadership
- impeccable articulation and the ability to frame narratives
- technically fluent
- experienced in navigating the $5M to $20M ARR journey
- comfortable managing engineers who are technically stronger today
