About the role

  • Staff Product Manager driving product strategy and delivery for B2B SaaS platform while launching AI-powered internal tools. Collaborating across teams and enhancing workflows for productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the roadmap for key product areas within our B2B SaaS platform
  • Define product strategy and specifications in collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to inform product decisions and prioritization
  • Launch features, measure impact, and continuously improve based on customer feedback
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success for successful product delivery
  • Design, build, and launch internal AI-powered tools to enhance product management workflows
  • Build systems that ingest competitor updates and industry news to generate actionable insights
  • Create tools leveraging LLMs to assist in generating product specifications and documentation.
  • Connect internal systems to create automated workflows that reduce manual overhead
  • Build and manage data pipelines to power internal AI tools, ensuring data quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management at B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong technical background with hands-on software development experience
  • Experience with AI technologies, including building applications with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts
  • Proven ability to ship products end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through launch and iteration
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business stakeholders
  • Data fluency: Comfortable with SQL, analytics tools, and using data to drive product decisions.
  • Bias for action and entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to build in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
