Responsibilities
Apply animation principles effectively to create high-quality character animation.
Understand design intent and, in collaboration with the art team, define the animation lists required for characters.

Contribute to defining, structuring, and evolving animation workflows and pipelines, ensuring the consistent sharing and application of best practices across the team.
Act as a mentor and the lead’s right hand, fostering collaboration, guiding team members, and helping align processes and shared objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of professional animation experience in the video game industry.
Strong experience with game engines and DCC tools such as Unreal, Unity, proprietary engines, Autodesk Maya, or equivalents.
Good understanding of animation tools, with a foundation in rigging concepts and game production pipelines.
Excellent observational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage tasks and projects effectively.
Contribute to team mentorship by sharing documentation, best practices, and a solution-focused approach.
