About the role

  • Performance Marketing Lead driving paid acquisition for Boldin’s comprehensive financial planning platform. Owning budgets, campaigns, testing, measurement, and efficiency targets across paid channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across paid channels, initially SEM and paid social, with expansion into CTV, paid sponsorships, and new channels
  • Own paid media budget allocation, pacing, and reallocation toward effective spend
  • Manage campaigns end to end, including strategy, build, launch, optimization, analysis, and reporting
  • Optimize accounts through keyword work, ad copy testing, campaign structure improvements, and bid strategy
  • Establish testing across ad copy, creative formats, audiences, targeting, and landing pages, documenting learnings
  • Partner with product and design to improve landing-page and funnel conversion rates
  • Manage performance against CAC, LTV:CAC, CPA, and ROAS targets, connecting spend to registrations, trial starts, and customer revenue
  • Analyze audience and placement data to identify opportunities and eliminate inefficient segments
  • Report weekly on paid performance and test results, translating findings into next-step recommendations
  • Partner with data teams on attribution, tracking, and conversion measurement
  • Evaluate and manage agencies, vendors, and tools
  • Evolve the acquisition roadmap based on performance, seasonality, competition, and audience insights
  • Work directly with the Head of Growth and collaborate with data, product, lifecycle, and creative partners

Requirements

  • 6+ years in performance marketing or paid acquisition, including meaningful consumer/B2C experience
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social; Meta required at minimum
  • Experience with Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, or TikTok is a plus
  • Track record of owning an annual paid budget of at least $1M and meeting efficiency targets
  • Strong analytical skills, including independently pulling numbers from BI or warehouse layers and building reporting
  • Working knowledge of attribution, incrementality, and measurement limitations
  • Experience with subscription or freemium business models
  • Experience optimizing for downstream revenue rather than lead volume
  • Demonstrated CRO instincts and landing-page and funnel testing experience
  • Clear written communication for explaining performance and tradeoffs to leadership
  • Ability to operate independently in a small, fast-moving team
