About the role
- Product Analyst providing actionable analyses to improve decisions for Product Managers and leadership in a fast-growing retail SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, actionable, impact-oriented analyses to help Product Managers, Designers, other teams and leadership make better decisions.
- Transform product or business problems into relevant data questions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, optimization or growth from data.
- Build, maintain and evolve a reliable data layer (metrics, dashboards, analyses) used by the entire Booxi team.
- Define and track key product KPIs, avoiding vanity metrics.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and understandability of the data used.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in an equivalent role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent command of SQL and data manipulation (complex queries, joins, result validation).
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and/or BI tools (Amplitude, Metabase, GA4, Looker, or equivalent).
- Interest in or use of AI for analysis, automation, or prototyping.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or enterprise SaaS.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities and expectations without constant supervision.
- Strong understanding of product and business challenges beyond simple reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable simplifying complex analyses and presenting them clearly with a decision-focused approach.
