About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a product management team.
- Determine customer needs and evaluate market competition.
- Drive new products to market by creating clear requirements and project plans.
- Serve as a trusted resource and subject matter expert for institutional clients.
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues.
- Manage a team of Product Owners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science (or equivalent degree).
- Certifications in product management and/or project management.
- 10 years of product management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Wealth Management Back Office, Financial Industry & Business Management applications.
- Leadership experience managing direct reports.
- Demonstrated ability to determine product strategy based on customer needs.
- Experience bringing products to market, including ROI analysis.
- Comfortable working closely with technology teams.
