About the role

  • Bilingual Administrative Assistant supporting daily sales operations. Working collaboratively on submissions and renewals in a dynamic environment at Canada Life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Assist with task processing and ensure high-quality execution
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure submissions are processed and forwarded accurately and completely
  • Perform various data entry tasks in our systems
  • Understand the renewal process and assist in processing renewals

Requirements

  • Bilingual (fluent in French and English)
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness and ability to solve problems effectively
  • Good judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Knowledge of group insurance and group pension plans is an asset
