Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements to solve clients’ toughest problems, deliver measurable outcomes, and support their success and growth
- Expand Capgemini’s presence by identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and achieving commercial success
- Shape practice strategy, develop teams, and ensure operational excellence to strengthen Capgemini’s capabilities
Requirements
- Experience in consulting at a leading firm (7+ years) and/or industry roles (10+ years)
- Experience in delivering major engineering, software-related initiatives with measurable impact
- Strong AI/GenAI Maturity to enable internal work efficiency and drive client conversations around the topic
- Strong understanding of PLM, MOM/MES, ERP, and MBSE solutions (business value, vendor landscape, capabilities and limitations)
- Hands-on experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), digital twins, and digital threads
- Ability to define strategic analyses and provide actionable recommendations for transformation initiatives
- Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need.
