About the role
- Partner-centred design consultant examining Blue Ventures’ partner experience and organisational support model. Applying service-design research and a shared framework for coastal-community partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Examine the end-to-end experience of working with Blue Ventures
- Connect partner experience to organisational choices shaping that experience
- Assess how training and learning, partnerships, programme performance, data science and advocacy engage partners and coordinate their work
- Conduct direct partner research
- Interpret and challenge existing organisational arrangements
- Develop alternative approaches to partner support
- Introduce a shared framework that Blue Ventures can continue using beyond the consultancy
- Apply the framework to selected priority areas and demonstrate its value
- Help teams develop the understanding and practices needed to maintain the framework
- Focus primarily on partners funded through the Frontline Community Fund (FCF)
- Complement the wider Partnership Strategy and internal operating model review without owning the overall strategy, comprehensive internal efficiency review or full implementation of recommendations
Requirements
- Strong experience in service design, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX) or human-centred service transformation
- Expertise to interpret and challenge existing arrangements
- Ability to develop alternative approaches and demonstrate how support could be designed and delivered differently
- Ability to introduce and apply a shared framework beyond the consultancy
- Consultancy duration of three to four months
