About the role

  • Product Manager leading strategy and execution for generics portfolio in Canada at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Responsible for full product lifecycle management from planning to performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the assigned portfolio, aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from portfolio selection through launch, commercialization, and eventual retirement.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products, ensuring seamless coordination across all functions.
  • Design and manage marketing tools and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor product performance using predefined key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Serve as the product expert, present initiatives, and engage the sales team.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to all stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain to mitigate the impact of disruptions.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the company.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of successful & relevant experience leading similar product portfolio(s) in Canada.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential, along with demonstrated excellence in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Canadian generic pharmaceutical landscape is preferred, including market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical Portfolio Management practices related to the Canadian environment (regulatory, compliance, etc.) is ideal.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Knowledge of IQVIA data and its different datasets.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new processes, software and systems.
  • Great work ethic and positive attitude.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
