Responsibilities
Be an active member of agile teams and follow the Scrum framework
Work side by side with engineering and multiple business units
Assist in translating roadmap features to epics and stories
Assist in developing and documenting business requirements
Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to showcase outcomes
Work closely with Product Managers on planning, refinement, and prioritization
Test and document systems, software, and services
Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and performance across systems, software, services, and ways of working
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present complex information to all levels of the business
A driving curiosity to understand why and how things work (or don’t)
An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Extreme attention to detail
Experience and competence in the analysis and comprehension of data
2 years of experience working with Salesforce
International Education/Exchange experience preferred
