About the role

  • Team Lead for UX/UI Design at Citco, leading a team in digital transformation projects. Focused on user-centered design and collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Design squad/pod to achieve business objectives within a specific domain/program journey
  • Driving and orchestrating the design activities as well as ensuring design work is delivered on time with high quality that complies with the new Design System
  • Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring that designs align with product goals
  • Establishing regular check-ins to ensure progress towards business objectives
  • Providing coaching, guidance, and mentoring to drive excellence in performance and behavior
  • Push AI integration in Design by actively driving exploration of AI tools with your team to boost design efficiency
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, business, and cross-functional team members to solve user needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a UX Research or UX Design role, with supporting portfolio
  • UX fundamentals: research, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, usability testing
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Invision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience in usage of design systems to drive coherent design practices
  • Beneficial: business domain experience in Alternative Assets, Fund Administration
  • Portfolio of previous work must be presented including outputs and iteration
