Responsibilities
Lead go-to-market and product adoption efforts for product portfolios
Develop positioning and messaging, new feature launches, adoption programs, and internal team enablement
Partner with product team counterparts to bring new features to market
Enable sales, marketing, support, customer success, revenue operations, and other internal teams to communicate product benefits
Create product messaging, campaigns, and differentiation strategies
Build and execute tactical marketing plans to increase product and feature adoption and support retention
Engage customers to gain product feedback and perspective
Collaborate with customer insights, customer marketing, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional teams on market research
Build experiments, test theories, and share learnings
Use data, customer feedback, prospect understanding, and market/competitive intelligence to develop and implement initiatives
Track and report marketing performance and KPIs while monitoring product-line performance metrics
Requirements
At least 2-4 years of experience in product marketing
Experience in SaaS release marketing
Previous experience working in a high-velocity, AI-driven SaaS company
Ability to use analytics platforms and insights to inform program strategies and audience segmentation
Strong writing skills and ability to tell compelling stories
Ability to balance strategic and tactical thinking
Ability to structure work and prioritize opportunities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in the legal or legal technology industry is a bonus
