About the role
- Technical Solutions Engineer owning API documentation and partner integrations for Coinme’s enterprise crypto infrastructure. Supporting fintech clients from technical discovery through production go-live.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain API and integration documentation
- Rewrite incorrect documentation and fill missing content as the stack changes
- Build quickstarts, sample code, and reference architectures for developer integrations
- Answer and resolve technical questions from partners during sales conversations and implementation
- Take signed partners from kickoff through go-live, including requirements intake, provisioning after KYB and KYC clearance, sandbox testing, webhooks, and go-live checks
- Coordinate with the integration program manager on partner timelines
- Develop deep knowledge of CaaS ramps, Sequence wallets, Trails, OMSX, bank rails, custodial and non-custodial flows, virtual accounts, deposit addresses, and webhooks
- Build demos and sample applications for Business Development
- Communicate API learnings and rough edges to Product and Engineering
- Automate repetitive onboarding and provisioning tasks
- Use AI tools to accelerate documentation and support
Requirements
- Hands-on API skills, including reading logs, debugging broken webhooks, reasoning about authentication, and working in Postman or Bruno and Datadog
- Strong technical writing skills
- Ability to work through ambiguity and changing systems without a predefined plan
- Comfort using AI tools in daily work
- One of the following backgrounds: customer API integrations at a payments or fintech company from kickoff to production; or ownership of docs, SDKs, or developer support at an API-first company
- Payments fundamentals such as fund flows, settlement, and reconciliation are helpful
- Nice to have: crypto or web3 background, especially stablecoins and wallets
- Nice to have: enough coding experience to build a demo app
- Nice to have: experience with a docs platform such as Mintlify
- Nice to have: exposure to KYB and KYC tooling
