Responsibilities
Administration and continuous improvement of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
Management and integration of the Broker Management System (Applied Epic)
Establishment and oversight of multi-office networking
Implementation of modern endpoint management practices
Participation in cybersecurity strategy and disaster recovery planning
Contributing to infrastructure designs that support growth
Helping transition critical technical functions from outsourced support into internal ownership
Developing strong root-cause analysis skills and tackling complex technical challenges
Requirements
A university degree is strongly preferred
Experience across multiple domains such as cloud services, networking, operating systems, hardware, and enterprise applications
Demonstrated passion for technology and learning
Background in insurance and familiarity with Applied Epic or similar broker management systems is a strong asset
