Responsibilities
- Administration and continuous improvement of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Management and integration of the Broker Management System (Applied Epic)
- Establishment and oversight of multi-office networking
- Implementation of modern endpoint management practices
- Participation in cybersecurity strategy and disaster recovery planning
- Contributing to infrastructure designs that support growth
- Helping transition critical technical functions from outsourced support into internal ownership
- Developing strong root-cause analysis skills and tackling complex technical challenges
Requirements
- A university degree is strongly preferred
- Experience across multiple domains such as cloud services, networking, operating systems, hardware, and enterprise applications
- Demonstrated passion for technology and learning
- Background in insurance and familiarity with Applied Epic or similar broker management systems is a strong asset
