Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.

Lead project kickoffs, regular status meetings, post-project reviews, and the swift execution of action items.
Track project progress and deliverables through established project management tools and reporting systems.
Partner with the President on strategic planning for our cloud growth initiatives and select on-premise innovation initiatives.
Track execution against strategic milestones, surfacing where performance is falling behind intent and driving corrective action.
Establish and manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting variances.
Ensure all project expenditures align with approved budgets and company financial policies.
Provide quarterly budget summaries and variance analyses to leadership.
Serve as the central point of contact for project related communication across departments.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership review.
Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
Contribute to the refinement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing cloud, software product development, or technical projects preferred.
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience working in healthcare foodservice operations or bedside nutrition management is an advantage.
Experience using AI tools and workflows to accelerate the planning, tracking, and delivery of technical development initiatives.
Strong understanding of cloud and software product development life cycles.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar tools.
