Responsibilities

Tackle the radical transformation underway in the finance space.
Build robust features within cross-functional teams.
Shape best practices, challenge product assumptions, and ship world-class software.
Collaborate daily with the team, express concerns, and collaborate on problems.
Participate in a distributed workforce and an annual Defrag onsite event.

Solid programming skills or desire to learn Elixir.
A track record of bringing shipping energy.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Interest or experience in GraphQL.
Interest or experience in the finance space.
Experience in the AWS suite, bonus points for Textract experience.
Solid back-end development chops.
Worked on multi-discipline product teams before, either on the enterprise or consumer side.
Recognize communication is king.
Open to sharing ideas and contributing to others.
Resilient & adaptable.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Deployment.
Fluency in Git flows.
Experience working within agile environments.
