Responsibilities
Rapidly scope project work and balance short-term delivery needs with long-term goals.
Drive discovery and requirements gathering to inform designs and deliver successful solutions rooted in a systems thinking approach.
Evangelize use of the design system while promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusive decision-making.
Effectively communicate design rationale and build cross-team consensus while solving complex challenges and supporting partnering design teams.
Model a culture of constructive and rigorous design reviews and guideline creation, in addition to helping manage creative direction and contributions.
Partner with front end engineers to guarantee adherence to coding standards such as variable usage and accessibility.
Develop knowledge of all CrowdStrike features and services in order to drive extensible, consistent, and cohesive solutions.
