About the role
- Product Designer shaping user experiences for award-winning dental practice software. Contributing to design standards and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers on feature delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design for features within your product area
- Create designs that balance usability, visual polish, and technical feasibility
- Conduct user research to inform your design work
- Use and contribute to our design system
- Partner day-to-day with Product Managers and Engineers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving approach, and craft across interaction and visual design
- Proficiency with Figma and other prototyping tools
- Experimental mindset that loves to test how AI can help find, test, and accelerate new ideas
- Experience conducting user research
- Collaborative and agile mindset that thrives working through uncertainty alongside product managers & development teams
- Clear communication skills
