About the role
- Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master leading data and analytics initiatives for clients. Overseeing project delivery with a focus on Agile practices and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data platform, analytics, ML, and GenAI initiatives
- Own project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable delivery plans and milestones
- Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, trade-offs, and escalations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Coach teams and clients on Agile best practices while adapting to real-world constraints
- Maintain and optimize backlogs in partnership with Product Owners and tech leads
- Communicate status, risks, and outcomes clearly and confidently
- Manage expectations and navigate shifting priorities without losing momentum
- Support proposal scoping and delivery planning during pre-sales as needed
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or Scrum Master roles
- Proven experience delivering data, analytics, cloud, or technology transformation projects
- Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, with the ability to flex when needed
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with technical teams across cloud and data platforms, analytics, BI and ML and AI use cases
- A calm, structured, professional and decisive approach to client delivery
- Client-first mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in high-trust, high-accountability environment
