About the role

  • Product Owner at Datmos bridging client needs with development team alignment and project success. Leading workshops and managing product backlogs in a dynamic eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity of mandates.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories.
  • Create, prioritize and maintain a transparent product backlog aligned with business objectives.
  • Support clients in their digital transformation and eCommerce strategy.
  • Work closely with strategy, business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Document and model client systems while identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in an eCommerce environment.
  • Strong experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.) and related systems (ERP, DAM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (you will work in both languages with our clients).
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong ability to ask the right questions to structure and clarify eCommerce vision and strategy.
  • Solid knowledge of business analysis techniques and documentation practices.
  • Deep understanding of e-business challenges, strategies and best practices.
  • Experience in modelling business processes and eCommerce business rules.
  • Proven experience in an Agile environment (Scrum framework).
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification – a significant asset.
  • A technical background or experience in business analysis is considered a major plus.
