Solutions Engineer supporting prospective clients and driving customer success with Deel’s all-in-one HR platform. Collaborating with internal teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
Responsibilities
Work directly with our sales teams to showcase the value of Deel’s HR platform and demonstrate its ability to deliver technical wins.
Advise prospects to assess their current processes and tools, identify gaps and opportunities, and propose optimized solutions for the future.
Serve as the technical voice during sales cycles, handling solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations, and onboarding/architecture workshops.
Translate client requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations, aligning stakeholders on scope, approach, and success criteria.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to advocate for prospect needs, resolve technical issues, and accelerate deal velocity.
Constructive disruption: challenge the status quo by constantly seeking opportunities to evolve, improve, and refine processes, materials, and the way we communicate value.
Develop and maintain technical sales enablement resources, including demo scenarios, discovery frameworks, reference architectures, FAQs, and competitive positioning.
Support initiatives led by Partnerships and Marketing teams such as webinars, events, content, and joint solution workshops as needed.
Stay informed on relevant technology trends, integration patterns, security and compliance requirements, and best practices to maintain strong solutions credibility.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant.
Prior experience with a global HRIS provider is preferred.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the HRIS workflow from recruiting to retirement is required.
Availability to travel within and outside the territory, approximately 10% of the time or less.
Excellent presentation skills. Multilingual ability is a plus.
