About the role
- Audiology specialist providing remote phone support for Demant’s hearing healthcare technologies. Handling hearing-aid fitting, troubleshooting, software, instrument selection, and product reviews.
Responsibilities
- Provide audiological phone support to customers, including fitting, troubleshooting, software, instrument selection, and technical product reviews
- Collaborate with Sales and Training
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and product launches
- Work as part of the multidisciplinary Audiology & Training team
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialization
- 2+ years experience within a clinical environment
- Knowledge of NOAH and manufacturer software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
- Experience in selection and fitting of Hearing Instruments and FM systems
- Knowledge and experience with testing, fitting hearing aids, programming software, and verification equipment
- Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and negotiation skills
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Bilingual in English and French, written and verbal is mandatory
