About the role
- Agile Delivery Manager overseeing application and technology deliverables at Desjardins. Coordinating scrum teams and managing project objectives and risks in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Plan deliverables for the application and technology component.
- Estimate project costs, taking into account issues, complexity, practitioners and tie-ins with other projects.
- Supervise and coordinate contributors involved in application and tech delivery.
- Ensure team performance and quality control and identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures.
- Coordinate all deliverables for the application and technology component to ensure business objectives and priorities are met.
- Analyze risks and impacts for projects and develop strategies to address them.
- Work with the project manager to manage change requests, solution testing and strategies for the application component.
- Support the scrum team in the implementation and use of the agile approach on major projects.
- Lead meetings and ensure the scrum team is functional, productive and well organized.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Experience in IT project management
- Knowledge of French is required
- Strong command of SAFe and Agile work methods
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
