Group Service Representative building and maintaining relationships with clients while managing group insurance plans. Analyzing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with services offered.
Responsibilities
Handle groups greater than 50 employees
Support assigned clients in terms of managing and administrating group insurance plans
Establish and maintain client relationships by identifying current or potential needs and promoting client retention
Advise various partners, stakeholders or clients with regards to the products, services or solutions offered and ensure their satisfaction
Analyze and respond to clients' needs, process requests and ensure required follow ups
Collect, organize and analyze information when adding or modifying plans
Present to clients and attend client meetings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in group insurance
Intermediate experience handling large groups with 50+ members
Intermediate experience with hospitals or public sector
GBA/CEBS designation
Knowledge of Group Insurance Benefits
Knowledge of distribution network
Must have a valid G driver's license and access to a vehicle
Available for travel in the GTA area and surrounding area
