About the role

  • Project Advisor enhancing Mail Services and Scanning workflows through data-driven insights and process improvements. Collaborating with stakeholders across operational efficiency and decision-making platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain and integrate operational data through collaboration or direct extraction, then analyze data and conduct studies to provide recommendations and reporting.
  • Develop and implement solutions, action plans, and process improvements that enhance processes, workflows, and equipment utilization across Mail, Print, and Scanning operations
  • Lead or support projects and coordinate implementation activities
  • Drive process optimization initiatives, including automation and workflow transitions
  • Ensure risk management & compliance procedures are in place and adhered to
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to resolve issues and improve workflows

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Experience in process improvement, continuous improvement methodologies, or operational optimization
  • Experience managing or supporting projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and tracking outcomes
  • Experience interpreting data and translating it into actionable business insights
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and SMEs to deliver impactful solutions
  • Intermediate knowledge of end-to-end operational workflows and processes, preferably within Mail Services, Printing, Scanning, or similar environments
  • Intermediate knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
  • Intermediate knowledge of business acumen and understanding of end-to-end operational processes
  • Available for travel between Aurora and Mississauga offices
