Responsibilities
Obtain and integrate operational data through collaboration or direct extraction, then analyze data and conduct studies to provide recommendations and reporting.
Develop and implement solutions, action plans, and process improvements that enhance processes, workflows, and equipment utilization across Mail, Print, and Scanning operations
Lead or support projects and coordinate implementation activities
Drive process optimization initiatives, including automation and workflow transitions
Ensure risk management & compliance procedures are in place and adhered to
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to resolve issues and improve workflows
Requirements
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Experience in process improvement, continuous improvement methodologies, or operational optimization
Experience managing or supporting projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and tracking outcomes
Experience interpreting data and translating it into actionable business insights
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and SMEs to deliver impactful solutions
Intermediate knowledge of end-to-end operational workflows and processes, preferably within Mail Services, Printing, Scanning, or similar environments
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
Intermediate knowledge of business acumen and understanding of end-to-end operational processes
Available for travel between Aurora and Mississauga offices
