About the role

  • Project Lead overseeing cross-sector initiatives for a financial group, engaging stakeholders and managing resources in a hybrid work structure.

Responsibilities

  • Support the project sponsor and oversee a work team involved in cross-sector projects and initiatives to ensure objectives are met
  • Participate in all the different project phases, from design to rollout
  • Organize, manage and control the human, material, financial and IT resources needed to deliver very large-scale, innovative projects involving multiple sectors
  • Manage teams and help the organization achieve its objectives
  • Identify and handle project issues and risks
  • Prepare reports and status updates for the project sponsor and other decision-making bodies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
